About the Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation, and contribute to the development of our counseling services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- BSc or HND in Counseling and Education.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive.
- Proven track record of success in retaining clients and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
