About the Position:

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation, and contribute to the development of our counseling services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • BSc or HND in Counseling and Education.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive.
  • Proven track record of success in retaining clients and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
