Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our Asset Management Team. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced professional who can drive business growth through strategic planning, sales, and marketing efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fund Mobilization: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue growth
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue goals, manage marketing campaigns to attract new customers
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Portfolio Management: Oversee investment portfolios and ensure optimal returns for clients
- Communication and Reporting: Regularly update senior management on business performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior staff members, develop their skills and capabilities, and ensure they have the necessary resources to succeed

- Achieve targeted revenue growth
- Increase customer satisfaction ratings
- Expand business partnerships and collaborations
- Improve portfolio performance and client engagement

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the asset management industry
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
