We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at Bookteller Nigeria. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to contribute to our success and develop their skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Mail and correspondence management
- Document creation and editing
- Vendor onboarding and customer record maintenance
- Inventory management and procurement
- Phone call handling and appointment confirmation
- Meeting coordination and event scheduling
- Visitor welcome and information provision
- Office issue resolution
- SSCE/OND qualification (male applicants only)
- At least 2 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in customer care service
- Social media platform flexibility and task prioritisation ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong writing skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Independence, time management, and organisational skills
- Customer service, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency
