Main Responsibilities:
  • Mail and correspondence management
  • Document creation and editing
  • Vendor onboarding and customer record maintenance
  • Inventory management and procurement
  • Phone call handling and appointment confirmation
  • Meeting coordination and event scheduling
  • Visitor welcome and information provision
  • Office issue resolution
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • SSCE/OND qualification (male applicants only)
  • At least 2 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in customer care service
  • Social media platform flexibility and task prioritisation ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong writing skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Independence, time management, and organisational skills
  • Customer service, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency
