Cashier/ Sales Executive

We are seeking a skilled Cashier/Sales Executive to manage customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
- Scan goods and ensure accurate pricing
- Collect payments in cash or credit
- Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
- Redeem stamps and coupons
- Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
- Resolve customer complaints and provide guidance
- Greet customers upon entry or exit
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Track transactions and report discrepancies
- Bag, box, or gift-wrap packages
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
Requirements and Skills:
- Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar sales role
- Basic PC knowledge
- Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as cash registers and POS systems
- Good math skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction orientation
