We are seeking a skilled Cashier/Sales Executive to manage customer transactions efficiently and accurately.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
  • Scan goods and ensure accurate pricing
  • Collect payments in cash or credit
  • Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
  • Redeem stamps and coupons
  • Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide guidance
  • Greet customers upon entry or exit
  • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
  • Track transactions and report discrepancies
  • Bag, box, or gift-wrap packages
  • Handle merchandise returns and exchanges

Requirements and Skills:

  • Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar sales role
  • Basic PC knowledge
  • Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as cash registers and POS systems
  • Good math skills
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Customer satisfaction orientation
