Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Inverters & Inverter Sales Batteries

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Dexnova Consulting Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Lagos region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and market research
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders
  • Report on sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in sales, preferably in the power products industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Lagos market and sales landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
