Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Betfigo. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to acquire new customers. You will communicate with potential customers through various channels, including WhatsApp, calls, and social media chats, and convince them to register, deposit, and use our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage potential customers via WhatsApp, calls, and social media chats.
  • Explain the benefits of our platform and guide users through registration & deposit.
  • Answer customer inquiries, clear doubts, and handle objections professionally.
  • Track and follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and persuasive tone at all times.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly conversion targets.

Ideal Candidate:
You will be an excellent fit for this role if you have:
  • Excellent communication skills (Written & Spoken English + Pidgin is a plus).
  • Persuasive and sales-driven mindset with confidence in handling objections.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp, Telegram, and social media chats for business.
  • Interest in sports betting, casino, or fintech is an advantage.
