Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Workpedia Africa Ltd. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales of OEM spares and providing MRO services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and grow the business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers, helping them choose the right OEM spares and MRO services.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the technical and service teams to ensure seamless delivery of MRO services.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the industrial equipment supply sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of OEM spares and MRO services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
