Job Overview

The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This includes planning, implementing, and monitoring online marketing strategies to expand our online presence and drive growth in our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, social media, email, SEO, and more.
  • Create engaging content for social media channels, websites, and email newsletters to drive user engagement and conversion.
  • Optimize the company's digital presence through SEO, SEM, and content strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, making recommendations for optimizing digital efforts and driving business growth.
  • Manage and grow the company's presence across key social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including designers and developers, to align marketing efforts with brand objectives and drive business results.
  • Track and manage online advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Stay current with emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in digital marketing and online consumer behavior to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Use email marketing tools to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions through targeted campaigns and personalized content.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Skills
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Proficiency in using email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp and HubSpot.
  • Experience with content creation and copywriting to develop engaging and effective marketing content.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools, such as Canva, is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to make data-driven decisions and inform marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with online advertising platforms and budget management to optimize campaign performance.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills to drive business results and growth.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with paid advertising campaigns, including PPC and social ads.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms, such as HubSpot and Zoho.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing for email and ad campaigns to optimize performance and drive growth.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and how they impact marketing outcomes to drive user engagement and conversion.
  • Ability to manage influencer campaigns and partnerships to drive brand awareness and growth.
