Sales and Business Development Manager

As the Sales Manager at Kisha Immigration, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. You will play a critical role in developing strategic plans, coaching and mentoring sales representatives, and ensuring the sales team meets or exceeds its quotas.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to meet company objectives and revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and train the sales team, including setting clear performance expectations and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Sales Forecasting: Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to create accurate sales forecasts and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to identify opportunities, address concerns, and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales team performance against targets and KPIs, and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure goals are met.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate the sales budget effectively, including expenses related to sales activities, travel, and promotional efforts.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving company goals.
