Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in a service-based B2B environment. You will be responsible for understanding market trends and competitor landscapes, leveraging CRM software to manage the sales process, and actively engaging with potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calls, and networking
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
* Analyze customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a service-based B2B environment
* Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes
* Proficiency in CRM software and ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
