Job Overview

As a Customer Service Officer at Jomav Homes and Properties, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to receive clients and visitors, create client files, handle client files properly, report on client files, send and receive client files from the Head office, receive queries, and send mail to clients.

Responsibilities:
1. Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
2. Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date client files
3. Handle client files with confidentiality and discretion
4. Report on client files in a timely and efficient manner
5. Coordinate the sending and receiving of client files with the Head office
6. Respond to client queries in a prompt and professional manner
7. Send mail to clients as required
