Real Estate Property Specialist

Jomav Homes and Properties seeks an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for facilitating the buying, selling, and renting of residential and commercial properties.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. You will be able to understand and explain legal documents related to property transactions and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in purchasing, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property showings and open houses.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers.
- Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and legal requirements.
- Prepare and review contracts, offers, and other documents related to real estate transactions.
- Maintain and update property listings.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
- Stay informed about local market trends, zoning laws, and regulations.
- Promote and market properties through various channels, including online listings and social media.
- Ensure clients receive exceptional customer service throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
Requirements

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Licensed real estate agent (requirements vary by location).
