Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving clients and visitors, creating client files, handling client files properly, reporting on client files, sending and receiving client files from the Head office, receiving queries, and sending mail to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Receiving and greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner
2. Creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files
3. Handling client files with confidentiality and discretion
4. Reporting on client files in a timely and efficient manner
5. Coordinating the sending and receiving of client files with the Head office
6. Responding to client queries in a prompt and professional manner
7. Sending mail to clients as required
