Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at BLAKSKILL LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategies for client satisfaction, and maintaining a robust client and tenant database.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Leasing:
    • Secure new property sales and lease briefs for the business
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client complaints
  • Database Management:
    • Build and maintain a comprehensive client and tenant database
  • Marketing Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the Marketing Communications team to develop and disseminate marketing materials

Requirements:

  • A first degree in any discipline
  • A minimum of 6–8 years of experience in real estate business development and client relations
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry
  • CMS knowledge and experience
