Job Description

As a key member of our sales team at HRD Solutions, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our industrial products to corporate clients. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our industrial products by establishing contact and developing relationships with existing and new prospects.
  • Negotiate sales prices and discounts with major accounts.
  • Develop sales forecast plans that meet the company's overall business strategy.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure revenue growth in all company products.
  • Assist Sales Executives in establishing personal contact and rapport with key decision makers.
  • Identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for sales by territory and brands.
  • Prepare proforma invoices/quotations to customers.
  • Manage product lines to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
  • Identify business opportunities by analyzing sales options.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales of industrial products.
  • Strong understanding of sales growth strategies and market research skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and convincing skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, autonomous, and efficient with high integrity and trustworthiness.
  • B2B sales experience and skill is essential (selling to corporates or government agencies).
