Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive/Manager, your key responsibilities will include engaging with prospective customers through cold calling, demonstrating vehicle features and options, converting potential customers into active buyers, handling objections convincingly, escalating customer complaints promptly, maintaining high standards and professional relationships with customers, achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets in alignment with the company's goals, providing daily reports of engaged customers, adhering to the strategic focus of management, ensuring full delivery of vehicles, accessories, or spare parts after payment confirmation, preparing proforma invoices and necessary documentation when required, and supporting management with market intelligence and competitive activity reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Science, Business Administration, or a related field, 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry, proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
