Job Summary:
Trends Venture is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to increase the customer base of our company.
About the Role:
The Marketing Officer will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and prospects. They will also identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, develop and execute sales and marketing plans, and maintain accurate records and reports on sales and marketing activities.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Increase the customer base of Trends Venture by 20% within the first six months.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by at least 15% per quarter.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
