Job Overview
BLAKSKILL LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Consultant to lead the growth strategy of our unit, providing top-tier client project delivery and expanding consultancy services.
Growth Strategy
The ideal candidate will co-design and drive the unit's long-term growth strategy, supporting the development of a robust strategy service offering for startups and established tech companies.
Client Project Delivery
This role involves ensuring timely and quality delivery of client projects, meeting or exceeding expectations. The consultant will manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
Business Development & Relationship Management
The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities and work with relevant teams to develop proposals. They will also manage high-value client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Public Speaking & Thought Leadership
The Strategic Growth Consultant will seek thought leadership and public speaking opportunities to enhance business visibility, representing the unit at industry events, workshops, and conferences.
Process Optimization
This role requires developing best practices and optimizing current processes to transition the unit into a leading digital economy consultancy.
Partnership Development
The successful candidate will seek and establish partnerships that promote brand visibility and revenue growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align partnership goals with business objectives.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of management consulting experience at a top-tier consultancy.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and implementation.
- An advanced degree is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong public speaking and writing skills.
- Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships.
