**Key Responsibilities:**

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders

• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field

3. Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion

4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

6. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills

7. Strong understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and business operations

**Salary Estimate:** $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
