Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sale Representative to join our team at TIMCA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and establishing business relationships to generate new clients.

The successful candidate will develop a network in the website design, digital marketing, and SMEs space to find prospective businesses. They will work on generating lists of prospective clients and enlighten them on the features and advantages of having a strong online presence.

Additionally, they will use product and industry knowledge to maximize potential clients and manage existing clients. Providing excellent customer service delivery to clients is also a key aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of customer interface, leading to additional referrals from existing clients. They will also maintain a high presence at social functions and events to enhance the brand's presence in the digital marketing industry.

Responsibilities include preparing pre and post-call memos and carrying out any other assignment delegated by the Team Lead.

Requirements:

  • Must be 20 years old or above
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
