Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Eazipay. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, market research, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Analyze business needs and develop strategies to target new markets and customer segments.
    • Monitor and evaluate industry trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and new market entry.
    • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Contribute to the development of our company's strategic goals and objectives.
    • Develop and execute business development plans that align with our growth strategy.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute campaigns that support business development efforts.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including sales, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities, progress, and challenges.
    • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial reports related to business development activities.
  • Networking and Outreach:
    • Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
    • Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts to facilitate business opportunities.
    • Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate them into business development strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • A Bachelor's degree (Minimum of 2:1).
