We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Eazipay. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, market research, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze business needs and develop strategies to target new markets and customer segments.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and new market entry.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Contribute to the development of our company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute business development plans that align with our growth strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute campaigns that support business development efforts.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including sales, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities, progress, and challenges.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial reports related to business development activities.
- Networking and Outreach:
- Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts to facilitate business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate them into business development strategies.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- A Bachelor's degree (Minimum of 2:1).
