
Sales Territory Managers

We are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team in the state. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional who is passionate about sales and leadership.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead the territory team towards Sales, Inventory Management and Repayment are made within the state
• Implementing sales goals and communicating them to Territory managers and LCP
• Prepare sales reports and submit them to VP Community business
• Follow-up the sales figures against the set sales target on daily and monthly bases; provide recommendations for necessary actions
• Conduct state sales promotion activities within the assigned budget
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in management or related Social Sciences
• Fluent in English
• Master's in business administration would be an additional qualification
• 8 to 10 years of varied experience in Sales & Marketing with at least 4 years at middle management level in supervising/managing others
• Relevant experience in Telecom or FMCG industry is desirable
