We are looking for a highly skilled Facilities and Services Supervisor to join our team at Hospitality Recruitment placement Service (HRPS).

Job Overview:

The Facilities and Services Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the facilities and services of our local restaurant, ensuring that guests receive a high-quality dining experience. This includes managing the selection, development, and performance management of employees, as well as overseeing inventory and ordering of food and supplies.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the facilities and services of the restaurant, including cleaning, maintenance, and repair.
  2. Supervise employees to ensure they meet operational standards and company policies.
  3. Oversee inventory and ordering of food and supplies to ensure optimal profits and guest satisfaction.
  4. Monitor and maintain a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.

Requirements:

  • N.D in hotel/restaurant management is desirable.
  • A combination of practical knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel) is required.
  • Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports.
  • Self-disciplined, motivated, and able to lead a team effectively.
  • Pleasant, polite manner and a neat and clean appearance are required.
