We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Promethean Consulting Limited.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support, manage social media platforms, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and technical skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, appointments, and meetings, maintaining and updating records, files, and correspondence, and handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and correspondence.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication efficiently.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
  • Plan, create, and schedule posts on various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries.
  • Track social media analytics and generate performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and suggest strategies for audience engagement.
  • Proficiently use office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Handle basic graphic design tools for content creation (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Manage and update the company's website or blog, if required.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to office equipment or software.
Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven experience of 2 years in a secretarial or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Proficiency in office software and social media management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design and content creation tools is a plus.
  • Any Bachelor's degree or diploma, in any field.
  • Experience in social media management is an advantage.
Benefits

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of 150,000 NGN per month, plus allowance and benefits. The role is located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
