We are seeking a High-Performance Recruiter to join our team at Betfigo. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent.

About the Job:

  • Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to source top sales talent.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their sales skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline of high-quality sales professionals for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience and promote the company's positive employer brand.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure hiring success and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (high-volume sales recruitment experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of sales roles, competencies, and hiring best practices.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
