Leadway Assurances Company Limited is recruiting for the position of Insurance Financial Advisor. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and results-driven professional with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As an Insurance Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting or exceeding sales goals, negotiating contracts with prospective clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating leads through various channels and networks
- Maintaining and exceeding sales targets
- Negotiating contracts with new and existing clients
- Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly reports on sales performance
- Developing and delivering sales presentations to prospective clients
- Closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Applicants must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. A strong understanding of the insurance industry and its products is essential. We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a Performance-Based allowance.
