Job Description- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients, including crypto-focused companies, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Sales Pitch and Demos: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our crypto products and services, including digital wallets, payment gateways, trading platforms, and blockchain solutions.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and guide clients through our product suite to help them meet their objectives.
- Experience in Crypto/FinTech Sales: 2+ years of proven experience in selling products or services in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or FinTech industry.
- Knowledge of Cryptocurrency & Blockchain: Solid understanding of how cryptocurrencies, digital wallets, exchanges, and blockchain technology work.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive sales cycles from prospecting to closing, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex crypto and FinTech concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Strong ability to network within the crypto/FinTech industry and develop trusted partnerships with clients.
- Competitive commission pay structure: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on performance.
