Grant and Partnership Development Manager

FriendnPal is seeking a highly skilled Grant and Partnership Manager to enhance our brand recognition and drive financial growth. This exciting opportunity involves creating action plans, sourcing funding and sales strategies to achieve our growth initiatives, including new customer acquisition and client optimization, particularly in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute action plans to improve brand recognition and drive financial growth
- Source funding and sales strategies to achieve growth initiatives
- Identify and research potential clients to establish strategic partnerships
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Track, identify, and win grants to support business growth
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth
- Utilize problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
- Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients
