We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sustainable financial growth through strategic sales initiatives and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and expand current client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Establish and nurture new business relationships with potential clients, leveraging industry expertise and market knowledge.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue and expand market share.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure alignment and achievement of sales targets and profit goals.
- Train and mentor Affiliate marketers to enhance sales performance and meet expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to expand business and stay competitive.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry, with a proven track record of sales success.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Technical skills to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Proactive and organized, with the ability to work in stressful and uncertain environments.
