Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sustainable financial growth through strategic sales and relationship-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Establish and nurture new business relationships with potential clients, leveraging industry expertise and market knowledge.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue and expand market share.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, identifying new opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Train and mentor Affiliate marketers to improve sales performance and meet expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Technical skills to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
