Multilingual Administrative Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Administrative Liaison to join our team at Wealthwave International Media company.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to staff, including filing, document organization, and handling day-to-day office operations. They will also serve as the main point of contact for both English and Chinese-speaking team members, ensuring smooth communication between the two languages.
Main Responsibilities- Provide general administrative assistance to staff, including filing, photocopying, and document organization.
- Serve as the main point of contact for both English and Chinese-speaking team members, ensuring smooth communication between the two languages.
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in both English and Chinese, maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
- Translate business documents, reports, emails, and other written communication between English and Chinese as needed.
- Monitor and restock office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for staff use.
- Manage both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Track and coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Provide support to various departments and assist with ad hoc tasks, including running errands, handling logistics, and supporting the management team in day-to-day activities.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline).
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) is a must.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and polite demeanor.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
