- Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners to ensure timely product availability.">
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order fulfillment, ensuring customer satisfaction.">
- Market Analysis & Reporting:">

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and customer needs in the detergent market.">
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.">
- Analyze sales performance and recommend corrective actions to improve growth.">
- Product Promotion & Marketing:">
- ">
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.">
- Support in the development and execution of brand-building initiatives in local markets.">
- Train and guide sales teams on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.">
- Customer Relationship Management:">
- ">
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers while seeking new business opportunities.">
- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to product quality, delivery, and service.">
- Ensure that customers' needs are met, thereby fostering loyalty and long-term partnerships.">
- Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:">

- Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and minimize stockouts.">
- Monitor stock levels at distributors and retailers, suggesting reorders when needed to avoid supply disruptions.">
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:">

- Provide training and leadership to junior sales staff, ensuring a high level of performance.">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales objectives with company goals.">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).">
- 5 years of proven experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or detergent industry.">
- Previous experience with leading brands in the detergent or home care category is an advantage.">
- Strong communication and presentation skills.">
- Leadership and team coordination.">
- Customer service excellence.">
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.">
Salary: N400,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
