We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Distribution Executive to join our team. This role involves managing regional sales, optimizing distribution channels, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Distribution Management:">
    • ">
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in assigned regions.">
    • Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners to ensure timely product availability.">
    • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order fulfillment, ensuring customer satisfaction.">

  • Market Analysis & Reporting:">
    • ">
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and customer needs in the detergent market.">
    • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.">
    • Analyze sales performance and recommend corrective actions to improve growth.">

  • Product Promotion & Marketing:">
    • ">
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.">
    • Support in the development and execution of brand-building initiatives in local markets.">
    • Train and guide sales teams on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.">

  • Customer Relationship Management:">
    • ">
    • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers while seeking new business opportunities.">
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues related to product quality, delivery, and service.">
    • Ensure that customers' needs are met, thereby fostering loyalty and long-term partnerships.">

  • Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:">
    • ">
    • Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and minimize stockouts.">
    • Monitor stock levels at distributors and retailers, suggesting reorders when needed to avoid supply disruptions.">

  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:">
    • ">
    • Provide training and leadership to junior sales staff, ensuring a high level of performance.">
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales objectives with company goals.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).">
  • 5 years of proven experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or detergent industry.">
  • Previous experience with leading brands in the detergent or home care category is an advantage.">
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.">
  • Leadership and team coordination.">
  • Customer service excellence.">
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.">

Salary: N400,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
