Responsiblities:

* HR documentation, staff queries, attendance & payroll support.

  • Maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations in recruitment processes.
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's brand.
  • Prepare and present regular HR reports to track key metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Participate in HR initiatives, projects, and process improvements.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR tasks, including employee records, payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Perform other HR related duties as required and directed by the organization.
