Job Overview

Bracken Media Solution is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Corporate Development Manager to lead the identification and execution of strategic growth opportunities. This role focuses on building partnerships, fostering corporate alliances, and driving initiatives that support the company's long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances aligned with company goals.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments to support corporate strategy.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, investors, and industry leaders.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to design and implement effective partnership strategies.

Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial and sustainable relationships.

Develop business cases, presentations, and proposals to support strategic initiatives.

Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships and strategic projects, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Support mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures where necessary, including due diligence and integration planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Finance preferred

3–5 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or strategic partnerships.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business plans.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.

Results-oriented with a track record of successfully closing partnerships or business deals.

Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and corporate growth strategies.
