Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Experience & Sales Officer to enhance our online presence and ensure a seamless experience for our users. You'll serve as the frontline for user interactions, helping users navigate the platform, solving problems, driving conversions and ensuring users have a smooth, trustworthy experience with Hara.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, proactive, and sales-oriented personality
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using social media, messaging tools, and making calls
  • Must be able to work onsite in Port Harcourt and be flexible with shift hours

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with users across social media platforms to answer questions and provide timely support.
  • Monitor gift card transactions between users and Chinese partners.
  • Manage updates to gift card exchange rates and ensure accurate communication.
  • Resolve operational issues with Chinese operators efficiently.
  • Review and act on user verification requests.
  • Call new, active, and inactive users to support onboarding and engagement.
  • Take on other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
