Job Summary

Kweba Tech Hub is seeking a skilled and creative Mid Digital Marketer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in social media management, content creation, community management, analytics, and running digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.

You will work remotely and collaborate with our internal team to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and overall digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various platforms.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media channels.
  • Manage online communities, interact with audiences, and build brand loyalty.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and provide weekly/monthly reports.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations.
  • Create digital graphics, short videos, and other media assets.
  • Conduct competitor research and identify new trends for improvement.
  • Support ongoing marketing campaigns and contribute fresh, creative ideas.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or Social Media Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), etc.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience with influencer and community management.
  • Solid content creation skills using Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines.
  • Mid-level experience (not entry-level).

  • Social Media Management Tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Analytics Tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics)
  • Creative Tools (Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut)
