Summary of ResponsibilitiesMarket Research and Prospecting: ï'· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.  ï'· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through methods such as cold calling, networking, and social media marketing.  Client Relationship Management:  ï'· Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable products/services.  ï'· Provide accurate and timely information to customers about product specifications, pricing, and terms.  ï'· Maximize opportunity to upsell and cross sell other products to potential clients  Sales Execution:  ï'· Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.  ï'· Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients.  Collaboration and Reporting:  Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.  Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.  Prepare and submit sales reports to management regularly.  Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.Requirements 4 -5 years of core sales experience. Proven experience in sales, within the Fintech Industry, remittance and cross border payment to be precise. Proven experience in B2B sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques. Goal -oriented and self -motivated. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
