A dynamic multi-sector company with interests in real estate, agriculture, construction, logistics, retail, and education is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead both traditional and digital marketing efforts across our subsidiaries. The ideal candidate is strategic, innovative, and skilled at building brand visibility, driving engagement, and generating quality leads.

Job Overview
The ideal candidate is a strategic, creative, and data-driven marketer with hands-on experience in brand building, content creation, campaign management, lead generation, and offline marketing initiatives. They must be adaptable and capable of customizing marketing approaches for diverse business lines, ranging from real estate and agriculture to education, construction, retail, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
A. Group-Level Marketing Strategy
* Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy (digital and traditional) aligned with the company's overall brand goals and values.
* Manage the brand identity across all subsidiaries, ensuring consistency in tone, message, and visual presentation.
* Plan and execute group-wide campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract target audiences across industries.
* Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to guide strategic decisions and improve campaign ROI.
* Oversee traditional marketing activities such as print advertising, flyers, events, partnerships, and outdoor branding.
B. Subsidiary-Specific Marketing
- Real Estate Niche
* Plan and manage property listing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and real estate platforms.
* Develop visual content and virtual tours to attract buyers and investors.
* Execute lead generation and CRM tracking to measure conversion and retention.
- Agriculture & Agribusiness
* Promote farm produce, agritech initiatives, and investment opportunities through digital and offline campaigns.
* Strengthen the brand's presence on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.
* Create storytelling content that emphasizes sustainability, innovation, and farm-to-market value
- Education & Training
* Develop and run student enrollment campaigns for courses and training programs.
* Collaborate with trainers to create engaging educational content (videos, testimonials, infographics).
* Use email marketing funnels to nurture prospects from awareness to registration
- Building & Engineering
* Highlight projects, milestones, and design innovations through impactful visuals and storytelling.
* Run digital and print ads targeting potential clients, developers, and partners.
* Build brand credibility through project showcases and client success stories.
C. Content & Campaign Management
* Plan monthly content calendars for each subsidiary.
* Coordinate with the media and design teams to produce creative graphics, videos, and advertising materials.
* Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X).
* Develop blogs, newsletters, and ad copies that clearly communicate brand messaging.
* Manage offline campaigns such as billboards, community activations, and radio ads.
D. Analytics & Reporting
* Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and related tools.
* Generate monthly marketing reports for each subsidiary, detailing growth, engagement, and ROI.
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations for data-driven improvements.
E. Collaboration & Innovation
* Work closely with Media, Sales, and Administrative Teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and business goals.
* Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, automation tools, and AI-driven strategies.
* Recommend innovative ideas for audience engagement, community building, and brand reputation management.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in digital and traditional marketing (agency or in-house).
* Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and brand management.
* Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Suite, Canva, or HubSpot).
* Excellent copywriting, content creation, and presentation skills.
* Experience managing multi-brand or multi-sector campaigns is an advantage.
