Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain detailed project budgets.
  • Align forecasts with contract terms, change orders, and timelines.
  • Cost Monitoring & Control
  • Track project expenditures and ensure they stay within budget.
  • Investigate variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Financial Reporting
  • Generate periodic financial reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Contract Compliance
  • Review financial aspects of contracts and ensure adherence.
  • Approve expenses that meet contractual guidelines.
  • Audit & Documentation
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews.
  • Support internal and external audit processes.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with project managers, procurement teams, and finance departments.
  • Provide financial insights to support decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is a plus.
  • 4 years experience in real estate or construction accounting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
