• Candidates should hold an LLB and be called to the Bar, with a postgraduate degree or relevant professional certification preferred. Applicants must have 15–20 years of post-Call experience at the senior associate level in a reputable commercial law firm. Exceptional performance that meet business delivery targets within 18–24 months
will be
considered for full equity partnership.
What you will do
• Provide expert legal advisory and transactional support in oil, gas, power, mining, and related foreign investment sectors.
• Review and negotiate complex contracts and agreements.
• Interpret and apply relevant statutes, regulations, and case law to support client matters.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational frameworks.
• Lead and supervise team members to ensure high-quality legal output.
• Drive client acquisition and maintain strong business relationships.
• Contribute to the firm's thought leadership and visibility in the energy sector.
