We are seeking an experienced Ticketing Sales Executive skilled in Sabre GDS and passionate about driving growth through sales, business development, and partnerships.
This role requires a smart and customer-oriented individual who understands the dynamics of the travel industry, can effectively sell flight and travel products, manage client accounts, and establish key partnerships to boost ticketing revenue and enhance market visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Handle flight ticket reservations, bookings, and re-issuance using Sabre GDS with precision and speed.
Identify new business opportunities, close sales deals, and expand the company's client base across B2C and B2B segments.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with airlines, travel agencies, and corporate organisations.
Develop and execute ticketing sales strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
Achieve and exceed monthly ticketing sales and revenue targets.
Manage corporate travel accounts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Track and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to enhance visibility and improve sales performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in **ticketing, travel sales, or business development**.
Proficiency in Sabre GDS (knowledge of Amadeus or Galileo is an added advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
A proactive, organised, and results-driven mindset.
