Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Growth Strategy Development

* Collaborate with the executive team to define business growth objectives, target markets, and strategic priorities.

* Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.

* Design and implement a comprehensive growth roadmap with measurable milestones and KPIs.

* Continuously refine strategies in response to evolving market conditions and regulatory landscapes.

  1. Business Development & Partnerships

* Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand revenue streams.

* Cultivate strong relationships with clients, investors, and key industry stakeholders.

* Lead negotiations for high-value partnerships, acquisitions, or collaborations that enhance product offerings.

* Collaborate with product teams to identify market gaps and introduce innovative financial solutions.

  1. Sales & Marketing Leadership

* Provide strategic leadership to sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

* Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies to increase market share.

* Monitor performance metrics, optimize sales processes, and drive continuous improvement.

* Strengthen the brand's presence through consistent and impactful market communication.

  1. Customer Relationship Management

* Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.

* Champion customer-centric initiatives that improve user experience and retention.

* Implement customer feedback mechanisms to identify improvement opportunities.

  1. Financial & Performance Management

* Analyze financial data, performance indicators, and market trends to inform business decisions.

* Identify opportunities for revenue maximization and cost optimization.

* Collaborate with finance teams on business forecasts, investment cases, and profitability models.

  1. Risk & Compliance Oversight

* Partner with risk and compliance units to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

* Anticipate and mitigate potential risks that could impact growth or reputation.

* Strengthen internal controls and performance monitoring systems.

  1. Product Development & Innovation

* Drive the creation of market-relevant lending and financing products.

* Champion innovation by introducing solutions that maintain competitive edge in the fintech space.

Qualifications & Requirements:*

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; *MBA or advanced degree preferred.*

* Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial or business development roles, preferably within the financial services or fintech sector.

In-depth knowledge of credit institution operations, financial markets, and regulatory

frameworks.

* Proven success in designing and executing growth strategies that drive measurable revenue increases.

* Strong understanding of credit operations, lending markets, and financial regulations.

* Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with a collaborative mindset.

* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Analytical thinker with the ability to make data-driven strategic decisions.

* Detail-oriented, results-focused, and adaptable to fast-changing business environments.
