We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates across multiple roles while working remotely with management and clients.

WORK MODE: REMOTE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process remotely.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Draft and publish job vacancies online.
  • Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews via video and phone calls.
  • Prepare interview reports and candidate recommendations.
  • Conduct reference checks where required.
  • Issue offer letters and coordinate onboarding activities.
  • Maintain recruitment records and documentation.
  • Provide recruitment updates and reports.
  • Support recruitment timelines to ensure positions are filled promptly.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (preferred).
  • HR or recruitment certification is an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Recruiter or HR Officer.
  • Experience recruiting remotely is a strong advantage.
  • Experience sourcing using LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with remote work tools (Zoom, Google Meet, ATS systems).
  • Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines.
  • Confidentiality and professionalism.
