Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Leader, Application Solutions, will spearhead the sales strategy and execution for CWG Plc's software application solutions across assigned regions. This role demands a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share. The leader will oversee a high-performing sales team, cultivate long-term client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, tailored technology solutions to clients in the Financial Services, Telecoms, and Public Sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with CWG's overall business objectives.
Identify and prioritize opportunities to drive the sales of application solutions within the region.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
Team Leadership and Management
Lead and manage a regional sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs.
Coach and mentor team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Client Relationship Management
Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' business challenges and offering tailored application solutions.
Ensure superior customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Business Development and Market Expansion
Identify new market opportunities and drive the adoption of CWG's application solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement region-specific campaigns and initiatives.
Represent CWG at regional industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Operational Excellence
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress against targets.
Provide accurate forecasts, insights, and recommendations to the VP of Sales.
Ensure efficient use of CRM tools and adherence to sales processes.
Market and Competitor Insights
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the region.
Use insights to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
