Dealer/Merchant Partnership Executive

As a Dealer/Merchant Partnership Executive (Southwest), you won't just manage one market, you'll be building partnerships across multiple cities in the region, ensuring that more businesses can access the equipment they need today while paying conveniently. This role is about being on the move, creating opportunities, and forging strong relationships with dealers, merchants, and business owners across the Southwest.

Your responsibilities
- You will identify and acquire new business customers who need commercial equipment financing across the Southwest
- You will establish and nurture strong partnerships with equipment dealers and merchants in multiple cities
- You will pitch and present the company's financing solutions to both businesses and dealers region-wide
- You will manage a pipeline of opportunities to drive consistent growth in both customer acquisition and dealer partnerships
- You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery across all covered locations
- You will track and report sales performance by city/territory, identifying opportunities for deeper penetration
- You will serve as the company's representative in the Southwest region, attending meetings, events, and dealer visits
To be considered, you should have
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
- Prior experience in regional sales, dealer management, or merchant partnerships is a plus
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Southwest region (transportation cost is coverage)
- A results-driven mindset and ability to manage stakeholders across different markets
