Sanchy Kreations is developing a SaaS for nightlife in Africa. A platform that helps nightclubs, bars, lounges, and similar venues manage orders, payments, POS, reservations, and customer experience in a smarter, cash-light way.

We're now looking for a plugged-in nightlife insider who already has strong relationships with nightclub, bar, and lounge owners/managers and can immediately bring top venues onto our platform.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Growth Manager (Nightclubs, Bars & Lounges) to sign up and onboard nightclubs, bars, and lounges to our SaaS platform.

This is a high-impact, target-driven role. We expect the successful candidate to:

  • Bring in at least 10 well-known nightclubs within the first week of joining.
  • Consistently sign up 30–40 venues per month.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development (≈70%)

  • Identify, approach, and onboard nightclubs, bars, and lounges to use our SaaS platform.
  • Achieve a minimum of 10 venue sign-ups per week, focusing on high-traffic, high-transaction establishments.
  • Conduct on-site presentations, demos, and negotiations with venue owners and managers.
  • Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and drive timely contract signings and deployment.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and account setup for each venue.
  • Maintain detailed weekly sales reports and performance summaries for management review.

Marketing & Brand Awareness (≈30%)

  • Support marketing campaigns, nightlife events, and activations to promote the brand.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team to improve campaign targeting and effectiveness.
  • Represent the company at nightlife industry events, trade shows, and partnership meetings.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Submit weekly reports on sales activities, leads generated, and signed venues.
  • Share feedback on customer behavior, objections, and feature requests to guide product improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts.

Targets & KPIs

  • At least 10 qualified venue sign-ups per week.
  • 30–40 new nightclubs/bars/lounges signed per month.
  • Growth in active venues using the platform.
  • Percentage of venues successfully deployed within 2 weeks of sign-up.
  • Retention rate of onboarded venues after the first 30 days.
  • Contribution to marketing events and partnerships that drive awareness.

What We're Looking For:

  • Must already be active in the nightlife industry (e.g., working with/for clubs, promoters, drink brands, DJs, or nightlife tech).
  • Existing, provable relationships with owners/managers of well-known nightclubs, bars, and lounges (especially in Lagos).
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in nightlife, entertainment, FMCG, or hospitality.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable working late evenings and weekends when needed (nightlife hours).
  • Self-driven, highly target-oriented, and comfortable being measured strictly on performance.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: ₦400,000 per month.

Bonus per Sign-Up:

  • Tier 1 Club Sign-up: ₦50,000 per venue
  • Tier 2 Club Sign-up: ₦30,000 per venue
  • Tier 3 Club Sign-up: ₦20,000 per venue
