Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, well presented, and reliable staff to join our team. Your main role is to welcome and attend to customers, ensuring they have a smooth and pleasant shopping experience at our parlor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection and ensuring a clean and engaging shopping environment. This role plays a vital part in creating positive customer experience and supporting the store's sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entry, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  • Assist customers in locating products and provide basic information about features, pricing, and availability.
  • Recommend related or complementary products to increase basket size.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display area always.
  • Restock shelves and product displays as needed to avoid stock outs.
  • Assist with product tagging, labeling, and inventory arrangement.
  • Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently (training will be provided).
  • Ensure professional and courteous behavior in all customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers when necessary (e.g., special orders, product requests).
  • Report customer feedback, concerns, or complaints to management promptly for appropriate follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of an OND in Marketing, Business Administration or any related role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
  • Must be punctual and consistent
  • Interest in skincare, beauty, or customer service is a plus
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage but not required
    .
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to store systems and product knowledge.

Working Days

: Sunday to Thursdays 

Salary:
 120,000
