Together, we are building a performance-driven, learning-focused, and people-first culture — and we're seeking a passionate HR Training & Development Officer to help drive this vision across both companies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training & Development

  • Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) to identify skill and competency gaps.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive 
    Training Calendar
     that includes mandatory, soft-skill, and leadership programs.
  • Develop structured 
    Employee Learning Paths
     aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate 
    Leadership Development Initiatives
     for managers and high-performing staff.
  • Measure training effectiveness through post-training assessments and feedback.

2. Culture & Acculturation

  • Manage onboarding and orientation programs for seamless integration of new hires.
  • Champion company culture through the 
    Employee Handbook
    , DEI initiatives, and quarterly engagement activities.
  • Conduct 
    Pulse Surveys
     to measure employee satisfaction and culture alignment.

3. Performance Management

  • Implement and oversee 
    performance appraisal cycles
     (Quartely).
  • Collaborate with managers to set SMART goals and create 
    Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
    .
  • Support the rollout of 
    360° feedback
     and coaching frameworks.

4. Recruitment & Talent Development

  • Support the recruitment process by linking training needs with hiring objectives.
  • Participate in 
    career fairs, partnerships, and university programs
     to build a talent pipeline.

5. Employee Motivation & Engagement

  • Lead 
    Employee Recognition & Reward Programs
     to boost morale and productivity.
  • Plan and execute 
    monthly staff engagement activities
     (team building, wellness, learning sessions).
  • Implement employee feedback and suggestion systems to improve workplace experience

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are an added advantage).
  • Atleast 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in 
    Training & Development

    Talent Management

    Organizational Development
    .
  • Strong understanding of performance management systems and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated passion for employee growth, learning, and cultural transformation.
