We are hiring a highly organised and detail-driven HubSpot CRM Specialist to manage, enrich, and nurture 1,000 qualified real estate leads.

This role requires someone who understands CRM operations, email enrichment, permission-based marketing, and accurate data handling—not bulk email sending.

You will be responsible for:

Finding missing emails using CRM tools

Requesting permission before sending updates

Understanding each prospect's budget, location interest, and buying timeline

Keeping HubSpot clean, accurate, and well-organised

Preparing leads for the sales team

The goal is to deliver a fully enriched, updated, segmented database that increases sales conversion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. CRM Setup & Lead Organisation

Create and maintain HubSpot pipelines for real estate leads

Set up custom fields (budget, location, property type, buyer category, timeline)

Keep lead records accurate, complete, and properly segmented

  1. Lead Email Discovery (1,000 Leads)

Use HubSpot's integrated enrichment tools such as:

HubSpot Email Finder

Clearbit

Apollo

Dropcontact

Lusha / ZoomInfo Lite

Tasks:

Find missing emails

Validate accuracy

Update lead profiles immediately

Ensure each lead has at least one verified email

  1. Permission-Based Outreach (NO Bulk Emailing)

Communicate with each lead individually through:

WhatsApp Business

SMS

Phone calls

HubSpot individual sequences

Objective:

Request permission to send updates

Collect preferred email

Build trust with high-end prospects

Approved communication tone:

Polite

Short & professional

No pressure

Sujimoto corporate tone

  1. Understand Real Estate Needs

Through the conversation, collect:

Budget (₦50m–₦5B+)

Purpose (Investment or personal residence)

Preferred location (Ikoyi, Banana Island, VI, Ibeju-Lekki, etc.)

Property type (Land, apartment, penthouse, off-plan, shortlet)

Buying timeline (Immediate, 3–6 months, 1 year+)

Update all information inside HubSpot.

  1. Lead Nurturing & Updating

Add permission-approved leads to personalised HubSpot sequences

Create short tailored messages based on interest

Log calls, conversations, notes, and objections

Flag "Sales-Ready" leads for the sales team

  1. Sales Team Handover

A lead becomes sales-ready when:

Email is verified

Permission granted

Budget confirmed

Interest location identified

Timeline understood

You will assign and notify the sales closer immediately using HubSpot tasks.

  1. Daily & Weekly Reporting

Daily report must include:

Number of emails found

Number of leads contacted

Permission responses

Leads updated with real estate needs

Error/invalid contact numbers

CRM completion percentage

Weekly report:

Pipeline status

Buyer segmentation summary

Challenges & recommendations

Leads ready for closing

CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PRIVACY (MANDATORY)

Candidate must agree to:

NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

No sharing/exporting of lead data

No calling leads for personal or external use

No leakage of high-net-worth client information

Violation = instant termination + legal action

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Must understand HubSpot CRM

Experience with email enrichment tools

Strong phone & WhatsApp communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, accurate

Basic understanding of luxury real estate (preferred)

Ability to meet daily targets

Good English communication

WORKING HOURS & AVAILABILITY

Work between 8 AM – 6 PM (WAT)

Daily reporting by 7 PM

Respond quickly to the sales team

Must be reachable during working hours

By the end of 30 days, you must deliver:

1,000 enriched leads

1,000 updated lead profiles

Full segmentation (budget, location, property type)

All permissions collected & documented

100% clean and organised HubSpot CRM

Weekly insights & analysis

Minimum 80 sales-ready leads

COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES
