We're looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to join our team and lead the execution of social media strategies across multiple brands. You'll handle everything from content planning to reporting, ensuring our brands not only stay relevant but thrive online.

What You'll Do

Content & Scheduling

  • Collaborate on weekly content ideas aligned with each brand's goals.
  • Collaborate and manage content calendars across all brands.
  • Schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, etc. using Buffer (or similar tools).

Brand Oversight & Creative Direction

  • Update and maintain moodboards for each brand.
  • Work closely with design and video editing teams, providing creative briefs.
  • Ensure consistent brand aesthetics and tone of voice across platforms.

Campaigns & Offer Promotion

  • Plan and execute outreach campaigns for offers/products/services.
  • Create event pages (webinars, launches, live sessions).

Engagement & Community Management

  • Manage brand communities as a Community Manager.
  • Monitor/respond to comments, DMs, and mentions.
  • Support growth through active engagement and relationship building.
  • Manage influencer and brand collaborations.

Strategy & Optimization

  • Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes.
  • Optimize strategies per platform and per brand.
  • Conduct quarterly brand audits.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track and analyze KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, CTR, etc.).
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with insights and recommendations.

Client & Internal Communication

  • Keep clients updated on calendars, reports, and industry trends.
  • Manage newsletters (content, coordination, scheduling).
  • Join client check-ins and lead internal weekly updates.

Admin & Systems

  • Manage file organization and SOPs for repeatable tasks.
  • Collaborate and lead teams of designers, editors, writers, etc.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years experience in social media management (agency or multi-brand experience preferred).
  • Strong copywriting and content ideation skills.
  • Familiar with Buffer (or similar scheduling tools).
  • Experience analyzing metrics and creating reports.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Creative eye for brand aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Bonus: experience with influencer management, newsletters, or paid ads.
